Free Initial Consultation Fee
We offer a free initial consultation which consists of a one-half hour session with an experienced Family Law Attorney. You can meet with this Attorney in person at our office or reserve a mutually agreed set upon date and time to have a telephonic conference. This confidential session is spent in a comfortable and friendly environment, with the attorney answering your questions and gathering pertinent information in order to advise you as to the best option given all the details and issues involved in your case to proceed with the matter at hand. During your free initial consultation, your Attorney will also quote you a fee if you so desire, in the event that you want highly qualified, experienced, professional legal representation in handling your case.
Our fees are very affordable and are usually much lower than your average experienced law firm retainer. Many law firms use large retainer fees that usually just gets the ball rolling in your case. You can rest assured that Riebesehl Family Law Offices handles our retainer fees much differently than your average high-priced firm, with our client's financial needs and abilities always in mind. In many instances your matter can be handled from start to finish with just the initial investment of the agreed upon retainer fee.
In addition to our reasonable retainer fees, we also offer flat fee agreements, pay as you go services, and question and answer paid one hour consultations for those in need of a little assistance while handling their case on their own.
The Court is now integrating electronic filings, which can be quite complicated and difficult even for those whom are technologically proficient and/or quite comfortable around the legal system.
